What I bring to the table
I work across business strategy, marketing strategy, content strategy, audience development and creative production. That matters when a growth problem crosses more than one department.
1. Business context
I have built and operated ventures, including XPACE IT FARM and GoMon. That experience changes the questions I ask: who pays, why they choose, where acquisition breaks, what the offer is worth and what the business can realistically execute.
2. Marketing depth
My performance-marketing work is grounded in acquisition economics: audience, offer, funnel, CAC, conversion, tracking and optimisation. In the GoMon campaign, the work connected Meta, YouTube and Google intent capture with source-level inquiry tracking.
3. Content as a growth system
I have built owned YouTube audiences, produced documentary/case-study content and worked on creator-led commercial projects. Content is treated as an asset with a job: attention, trust, education, demand or conversion.
