What I look at first
When a campaign gets attention but weak business outcomes, I look across message, offer, trust, landing experience, response time and the path between inquiry and purchase.
- Message clarity
- Offer and proof
- Funnel friction
- Landing / booking experience
- Lead response and follow-up
- Creative-to-conversion alignment
What I try not to do
I do not start by prescribing a platform, format or tactic simply because it is popular. The first question is whether that tactic addresses the actual constraint and whether the business can operationally support it.
What this can become
A clear diagnosis, a prioritised set of decisions and an execution-aware plan. Depending on the situation, that can mean repositioning an offer, rebuilding the acquisition path, changing the content system, improving measurement or deciding what not to spend time on.
Relevant example
In the GoMon campaign, many customers confirmed through WhatsApp or email rather than a website form. That operational reality mattered to measurement, so the acquisition system was designed around the real customer journey rather than an idealised website funnel.
Evidence I would use
- Existing customer and campaign data
- Audience and content performance
- Funnel and conversion signals
- Customer conversations and objections
- Business economics and operational constraints
