STRATEGIC APPROACH

I start with the constraint, not the channel.

A practical growth process that moves from diagnosis to positioning, acquisition, content and measurement — without treating each discipline as a separate silo.

The growth system

01 · Diagnose

Find the constraint underneath the visible symptom: weak positioning, offer friction, expensive acquisition, low conversion, poor follow-up or content without a clear role.

02 · Position

Clarify the customer, category, promise, differentiation and message. The goal is not clever copy; it is a proposition that a real customer can understand and act on.

03 · Acquire

Map the path from attention to inquiry to customer. Choose channels according to intent, economics, creative fit and operational capacity.

04 · Build content

Create content pillars and formats that earn attention while supporting the commercial objective. Content can educate, demonstrate, build trust, answer objections or create demand.

05 · Measure

Connect campaign and content activity to measurable signals such as inquiries, bookings, CAC, conversion rate and source quality.

What this looks like in practice

For GoMon, a low-ticket commission model meant acquisition cost mattered. The campaign therefore combined awareness, Click-to-WhatsApp and email inquiry generation, retargeting, Google Search and Business Profile intent capture. Inquiries were matched to confirmed bookings so the business could understand real acquisition cost rather than only platform metrics.

This is the difference between “run ads” and designing a customer-acquisition system around the economics of the business.
